All safety rules and procedures from Culinary Arts class still apply. Students are responsible for making up assignments when absent from class. I am always available after school for help or clarification.

If you are absent from school the day an assignment is due, your assignment is due the day you return with no penalty. Points will be deducted for late assignments.
