The SHR Family and Consumer Science department offers Culinary Arts and Super Meals/Super Baking for the 2011-2012 school year.  These courses are hands-on, interactive, and an exciting way to learn. This year our Words of Wisdom are from Hal Urban's book Positive Words, Powerful Results.

Words of Wisdom for February 6 - 10, 2012:

Course grades are determined by the following formula:     

      50% foods labs

      25% homework assignments

      25% tests (includes agenda, written and performance assessment)

This site will be helpful for completing homework assignments and being organized.

Due dates for homework will be posted regularly in the classroom and on this site.
