Assignment Policy
2006-2007
Homework and other class assignments are an important part of your overall grade. These assignments are also a means for you to gain a better understanding of class material. Assignments will be collected at the BEGINNING of class on the day they are due. An assignment not handed in at this time will be considered late. Students will earn ZERO POINTS for late assignments. Students that are present in school but are unable to attend class (e.g. field trip, early dismissal for sporting event, etc.) are responsible for handing in the assignment due that day. If the assignment is not turned in before the regularly scheduled class time, the student will earn ZERO POINTS.
Students who are absent must make up assignments within two days for each day of absence.
The correct heading for the homework assignment is shown below. Homework assignments that are handed in which do not have the correct heading will be considered incomplete. ALL questions must be written out in their entirety. Homework assignments that are handed in without questions will be considered incomplete.
