Middle School chorus

Happy New Year!!

We had a very successful winter concert and are preparing for our next set of performances.  Our major concert is scheduled for May 14th at 7:30 pm.  The 23 members of the Middle School Singers have been selected after each student was individually tested after the concert.  They are working on 2 very different pieces-an Italian madrigal from the 16th century and a contemporary jazz setting of an American folk song.  It promises to be a great group.  They will perform at the County Teen Arts Festival on May 15th.  That will be a very  busy week.
